Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) doesn't allow Web Mobile to be unchecked.

Windows 10 using AutoCad Electical 2019 new feature, open and save to web/mobile, doesn't allow me to uncheck the selection. I don't plan on using it and I just wanted to remove the icons from the QAT, all other selections allow me to remove them. Anyone else having this issue.

Yes, I have had this reported to me.

AFAIK, the only workaround is to undefine the command(s) that this button calls.

PLEASE - put in a support request with Autodesk. The more complaints an item gets, the better chance we have it will get fixed.

Forum posts do not count. There is nothing official about these and the people that need to hear about it do not come here looking for it.

You could always go into the CUI editor and delete the button in the Quick Access Toolbars definition. It won't affect the actual command, just removes it from the QAT. I have done this for the Design Centre as I don't use it. Regards Brad

I actually tried this within the CUI, but these 2 buttons still refuse to go away. It only appears to be these 2 new feature button additions to Electrical 2019 that we can't make disappear.

According to John Vellek this is a known issue that the autocad team is actively working to fix. You might want to follow the post below from the main autocad forum for any possible updates on the issue. https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/autocad-2019-cannot-remove-buttons-from-qat/m-p/7876126

Makes you wonder if some rogue programmer thought "I'll make these buttons where you can't remove them.. Ha!"

-or-

Was this a corporate marketing decision that they wanted to test out and see how many complaints it would generate?

-or-

A genuine mistake?

Thanks for the info, unfortunately this update is not yet an option in my "Product Update" folder.

Right-click the "A"-icon of the Autodesk Desktop App in the system tray, and select "Check now". This fixed it for me.
