Project description text width

Hello, 

I am populating a attribute in a title block as shown below. The problem that I am having is that for this particular project, the person whom provides project approval has a really long name and it doesn't fit in the title block area. I do know that I can fix this for each individual drawing by selecting the attribute->text options->width factor and changing from the default of 1 to something like 0.9 which works well for the individual drawing. My particular question is in regard to being able to perform this across all drawings in the project. There is no option in the project description which is where I would think the logical place for this would be. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What you need to do is go back to the original Titleblock template and change the width there. Then run Swap/Update block on one of the drawings in the project and select the titleblock there. Pick option B and select Project. This will update it for all the drawings.
