I also have the page setup unselected in the publish window, as you showed in your "settings.png." I am not able to answer why, but it is easy to change them at once by clicking on a drawing name, Ctrl-A to select all, then pick one of the page setup drop-down menus and pick the page setup. You'll see they all change at once (provided you do have the same page setup in each drawing).
