Print vs Bach Plot

Hello,
When I plot the drawing with plot option the render is good, but when I use batch plot the text is almost transparent.
I tried different setups but won't work. I attached DWGs and PDFs. Please  if you have any suggestions let me know.
Thank you!

It looks like your text color (at least the attribute I checked) is color 255. My first thought is to set all your text to white and go from there. Many non primary colors will plot light like that. Let us know if this works....

I found the soloution it's about changingAEPDFFONTALT variable to OFF.
But I have another question for you, it's about Find and Replace and using wildcard.

I have those numbers:

IP0101_00RP1-24

IP0101_01RP1-24

IP0101_02RP1-24

and I want to change them to

24-IP0101_00RP1

24-IP0101_01RP1

24-IP0101_02RP1
It's any way to do this, because I have 100 drawings and I have to change them.
Thank you!

Where are those texts? In AutoCAD Electrical Symbols?

I'd go for export/import to/from spreadsheet in this case.
