I am running ACADE 2014. When I try to plot the entire project , the first few pages will plot, then the
plots stop. The last page plotted is locked up. I have to close the page then reopen.
This happened about 6 times on six different pages on a 28 page file

If you haven't allready, shut down ACADE and try again.
The same thing happens to me if I have cancelled the plot script part way through by pressing escape.

I've done the shutdown to resolve the script stopping-About 3 times during one session just to print 28 pages.
I've also rebooted. I'm still getting the same thing. I finally started printing one page at a time.
So far, tthat is the only solution that works.
Any other ideas will be appreciated.

Is the problem only with this particular project?
Try closing down ACADE and deleting the project .mdb file from:
C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 20##\R20.1\enu\Support\User
Boot it up and try again.
Failing that I would start a new project and add your existing drawings to it.
