Parent /Child Block where the child needs to use a wire number or PLC address at the connection point and still ust the Tag2 reference to parent and its location

How do i get a child block to connect to a line number/plc address while still maintaining the parent block reference

and the child block could be on any line of an address  

is there a way to do this

Pay specific attention to the WDTAGALT attribute. You may need to add it to the symbols you're using.
