Panel Component Edit DCL

I noticed that the Edit Panel Component window, depending on the project configuration, can appear in 2 different modes.

I can not understand what is the setting that triggers this change.

Anyone have any ideas?

In the project properties, you can tick or untick the option "Combined Installation/Location Tag mode", see marked in RED to include Installation and Located code.
