Insert terminal strips into panel layout from schematics

I've done this before by dumb luck, but how do you get Acade to insert entire terminal strip footprints when doing panel layouts? The way it's set up now, I organize the order that I want them to insert in and it makes me insert them one at a time. Their terminal strip/location/installation names are the same and I can't figure out how I've done it in the past. Any pointers?

The tool to use here is the Terminal Strip Editor (or TSE).

This tool allows you to add the appropriate extra's (clamps, end plates and so on) and spares if required even if they are not shown on the schematic.

You can adjust the terminal's order, number, catalogue and association from within the tool as well as moving wires from side to side to allow for differing layouts.

The last tab allows you to insert the full strip in one go complete with any extra components you have added. it allows the selection of the rotation and scale as well although the preview is only shown in a vertical orientation. You also adjust the wire information to be shown on the terminals on this tab.

Be warned however, the TSE is a bit finicky to use and requires everything to be spot on in the schematic. It will for example tend to set wires direct to terminal in some cases if the wire sequence is not correctly set in the schematic.
