Title Block Conversion

I am relatively new to AutoCAD and Electrical...

Are there instructions to:

1. Create an AutoCAD Electrical smart title block from an existing company AutoCAD Mechanical template?

I have a title block for mechanical, and want it to be the same in electrical but assign it to a template and have project/drawing properties populate in it. 

2. Convert all of the title blocks in a project from one template (ACAD_ELECTRICAL_IEC) to a different one. 

I started making drawings using AutoCAD Electricals standard IEC template because we don't have a company IEC template set up yet.

I want to make a company IEC template with the title block based on our Mechanical title block and use it to replace the title block/template that I started the project with.

You can also use ACE Help and search to some thing like To Create a Drawing Template and related articles.  There may be a Tutorial in the Learn Tools, that would be Help > Learning Tools > Learning Resources.

And for changing title blocks you might want to use ACE Help and read up on the Swap Block tool.
