INSERT A TITLE BLOCK SCRIP

I am trying to insert a title block with a script, from one drawing to other, so im using this:

_-insert "P:\Protecciones\ACE_IEC_a3_Color.dwg"
0,0
1
1
0

but when y try to update the titles this error appear 

Could not find instance of title block name=IEC_TBLOCK_A3,H12-COMANDOS REMOTOS B650
(references in "BLOCK=" part pf the .WDT file)

Just a guess but it sounds like the file ACE_IEC_a3_Color.dwg being inserted has a xref associated with it called IEC_TBLOCK_A3,H12-COMANDOS REMOTOS B650.dwg.

If this is the case try putting the xref in the same directory as the file you are running this script on.
