It says that there's no license assigned to your e-mail address. Are you absolutely sure that one is assigned to you?

Check this at http://manage.autodesk.com

I'm not sure of anything.

I can install any other Autodesk software including,  ACADe 2023.  I get stuck in the same loop with ACADe 2023, but after the second time I log in using my company credentials, I can select network license and it will start the program long enough to realize I'm signed in, but on the 2024 when I follow that work flow it actually asks me for a network license.

Edit: forgot to mention that the link seems to take me to the place where I download the software.  What am I looking for?

Are you the contract manager, or the software coordinator?
The one in your company with this role(s), should assign a seat to your e-mail address.

I'm neither of those, just an engineer/user.
We just login with our company credentials and install what we need.  I have revit, Civil 3D, Autocad MEP 2023, Autocad Electric 2023 and some other AD programs installed.  It seems to be a 2024 version thing.  Happening with Autocad MEP 2024 too.

Yup, all the 2023 packages work fine.  civi 3d, mechanical, electrical, none of the 2024 work though because of the licensing issue.

Try to reset the license first.

Download the tool for this form here:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/6IFPpIksTDfsCzp1JwIH5k.html

Run the UI version, select AutoCAD Electrical 2024 and reset the licensing.
