AutoCAD Electrical 2020

Issue started Monday 2/10/2020.

First thing I noticed was the files Date modified showed 4/14/2010 5:09 AM (does this for every export), once I try to open the file I get the message: 'filename.XLS' cannot be accessed. The file may be corrupted, located on a server that is not responding, or read-only. After failing to open the file, the Date modified changes to the correct date and I may or may not be able to open the file.

To see if it was a corrupted project I tested a few different projects that worked before but it does the same thing.

Also since Monday, another odd thing is sometimes when I launch ACADE, it fails to launch or takes longer than I've waited (around 5 minutes). Task Manager - End Task then relaunch has worked every time so far.

Don't know how to edit the original post.

I wanted to note a few more things.

1. The files are being saved on my local computer and are not set to read only.

2. A coworker is having the same problem on his own computer.

3. Mentioning this because it's too much of a coincidence not to. The Friday prior to the issue surfacing we had Higher State Monitoring & Management software installed in our office.

This might be related to the other problems we have been having with Access databases (this is the database that AutoCAD Electrical uses for all it data manipulation)
