Hi,

I have AutoCAD Electrical 2021. All icons inside "Project" group within the ribbon show "?".  I have reinstalled AutoCAD Electrical twice but the problem persists:

When I clicked on the icon, for example the "Manager" icon, the command showed 'Unknown command "AEPROJECT"'.

Could you help?

Are you upgrading acade or this is the first fresh installation?

You can few options:

  1. Rstore or reset CUI: type CUI on the command bar then Restore ACADE.CUIX or Reset cui.png
  1. Reset ACADE to default settings
  2. Run all windows updates
  3. Re-install acade full clean (remove all old files)

It is a new install on a new laptop running Windows 10, 64-bit.

I managed to Restore ACADE.CUIX.  It did not work.

How do you reinstall ACADE?

Best regards

Did you also try Reset ACADE.CUIX?

Did you reset to default settings?

First, uninstall the acade from windows Apps & features, then install the acade from the Autodesk website.

The Reset ACADE.CUIX menu was disabled.   I could not find "ACADE" from Add & Remove.  Let me try to install on another computer later.

Another thing is to make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of Windows 10. Also, some problems are fixed with an update to .NET framework, so that's another thing to check.
