I am using Auto Cad 2018 and my Command line is not showing up.
The command history does not show up when you type. What does show up is a list of commands that match what you have typed.
The only way to get a command history in the command line is to hit the up arrow. this will allow you to go back to previous commands and re-use it.
The other method to get the command history is to hit F2 to bring up the text window.
This will show you all the commands you have typed while in that particular dwg. You can scroll back through the list to see what was done outside of dialog boxes. Note that some commands will not show up in this command history. For an example, Zoom is one of those commands that won't show up.
