How to convert a box (lines) to a block/component so I can connect wires to it?

I have a line drawing that is just made up of simple lines and textboxes. I need to convert it to an electrical schematic with wires and components. So far I have been able to convert the lines to wires, but I am not sure how or what I should be converting the other components to in the drawing. Some are switches, some are server cards, some are power outlets. AutoCAD has a heap of options such components, symbols, blocks etc. and I don't know what I should be using. The end goal is to have a table of components, wires and where those wires connect to on the components.

The picture below is an example of a drawing I have to do this to. Can someone please tell me the standard for converting the components to electrical components, what type they should be and then how to connect wires to it?
