Error: one file is missing or not downloaded

i downloaded AutoCad Electrical 2020 as a student, the file successfully downloaded but every time i try to extract/install/load the file, i get an error message indicating that this file is made up of multiple files one file is missing or it hasn't been downloaded. please help..

Can you share a screenshot from the site you're downloading from?
It's not uncommon that there are several files you must download...

i downloaded from Autodesk site as free software for 3 years of student's version. 

when do self extract to Autodesk, its shows that "product downloaded consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet". 

what is the solution for that issue?

Turn off any popup-blockers when you download.
