Cross reference text/wire labels?

So, I am working on a project that the customer wants me to be able to cross reference wire colors into a chart to tell them what color is going to whatever. To me, this sounds like a reporting thing. I have youtubed this and tried a few different things and I cant get anything to work. You guys however, have proved to be very fruitful with knowledge. Honestly, I think I would be able to kill two birds with one stone if there was a way I could just have a string of text that would be able to update just like the sig references. Any ideas, suggestions?

Assuming that you made all your layers representative of the Wire Color/AWG, just add the Wire layer to the Wire From /To list.

Maybe if you post an image of what you think the chart should look like, we can provide a more detailed answer.

So basically, this is what I want. The wire color being used for whatever terminal. I do not have experience with doing stuff like this. Any help will do here to further me along on this goal.
