After adding a new wire type to my project, I clicked OK. Upon re-entering the Create/Edit Wire Type table, all wire types were removed and the table is grayed out. This problem only exists on the current sheet; the other sheets within the same project still have all their wire types. (Image 1)
When changing a wire from one type to another within the affected sheet, it is not empty like the create/edit table. Instead it is full of all layers that have a line (not just a wire) on it. (Image 2)
How can I retrieve my wire table back??? I have tried closing and re-opening the drawing, but nothing happened.
Hi @Anonymous,
I see that you're posting for the first time. Welcome to the Autodesk Community, and thank you for posting your question here in the AutoCAD Electrical forum.
Would you be able to record a Screencast video demonstrating this issue?
First thing to always check...
Is the dwg you are working on part of the ACTIVE project?
This trips up the majority of new users and still catches the more experienced users at times...
