congested area, gap suppressed

hi i'm trying to gap two wires (style is loop) and I keep getting this error: " congested area, gap suppressed"

how can I solve it?

The only way to solve that is to move things farther apart - uncongest the area, as it were - so the wire loop can be drawn.

Otherwise you'll have to do it manually.
