Configuration of Publish command

I recently moved from AutoCAD 2018 TO AutoCAD Electrical 2022 so I'm trying to get my old configurations to this new environment.

My biggest problem is related with the ""PUBLISH" command; TBH, I don't remember how I set the parameters that I need to publish to PDF my sheets in AutoCAD 2018 but I would like to have the same in AutoCAD Electrical.

I looked for different configurations and forums, but I cannot find what I want to do so, I would like to ask for your help:

First two images are from my old publish window (2018) and the third is from my new publish window (2022).

As you can see, "Publish to" is PDF as default (1) and there is not any layount (2), just the model sheet. 

Also, when I publish, AutoCAD 2018 ask me the path in which I want to save the PDF file (even when Location say documents (3)) and the name, then all the sheets in my publish windows are saved as one single document

Thats what I want to have in AutoCAD Electrical 2022, PDF as default without layouts (only model) and the option of save one single document in whenever I want.

Did you know ACADE has its own version of the PUBLISH command? I think it may solve some of the issues you're having with the standard one. It works a little differently - it ties in to the Project Manager - but it makes you check boxes that do what you want when you use it. It can be found in the top bar of the Project Manager.

Also, since you said you just switched to ACADE, then you should know that it has its own version of many commands, and for the most part, you should use them instead of regular ACAD commands. The reason being, ACADE does all sorts of things in the background - chiefly, it writes changes to the project database. Plotting may be one of the few exceptions here but the main point is this: don't use Vanilla ACAD commands if there is something in the ACADE commands that does the same thing.

In AutoCAD Electrical,you can publish the whole project or selected drawings to PDF and include cross references in the PDF file.
