Command window missing!

My command window is mssing (ribbons missing too).

I entered Ctrl+9 on the keyboard, but nothing happened.

I then entered CUI on the keyboard and the screenshot below shows up with empty workspace.

I loaded up the the acde.cuix file and it showed "This node canot be transferred" and the Apply botton was grayed out.

I clicked OK and I still did not see any change.

I basically cannot do anything with the command line, ribbons, etc.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Do you see the workspaces loaded if you type WORKSPACE command and go to settings?

Does anything happen if you type RIBBONCLOSE and RIBBON commands?

If you don't have too many customizations, I would suggest simply reset AutoCAD Electrical Settings to Default.

I ran CUILOAD instead and it worked!
