command prompt while in process of commands

When i run any command, the command prompt does not appear near the crosshairs, even when I have the draft settings set to perform this.  anyone else have this issue?

 Thats all good and well having that turned on... but you also need to enable something else

you need to enable dynamic input commande dynmode > set to value of 3

see image below (enable pointer input and enable dimension input where possible also need to be ticked)

then try... hope this helps
