Catalog Data Merge/Overwrite: Access Database to SQL Server

I am considering the move from MS Access to SQL Server for our our Catalog and Footprint lookup databases when I deploy the 2018 version.
We currently use AutoCAD Electrical 2016. I tested the Autodesk Content Migration Utility, and it seemed to work flawlessly. I now have a SQL server instance of these two (2016) databases.
My question and concern centers on how to merge future additions to the Autodesk 'out-of-the-box' Default_cat and Footprint_lookup databases into our 'mature' SQL Server database. How can I capture any new data Autodesk adds to these databases in future releases, and still maintain our custom data? (i.e. USER1-USER3, TEXTVALUE, WEBLINK fields).
As a test, I ran the Content Migration Utility for a second time, this time pointing to the new 2018 'out-of-the-box' default_cat (Access) as the 'Source Catalog Database'. My 'Destination Catalog Database' was the SQL Server database created earlier from our existing 2016 data. The result was as expected, lots of duplicate data on the SQL Server database, all the 2018 data was simply appended to the existing tables in SQL.
Are there any known methods or tools to achieve a Merge/Overwrite, similar to the Project 'Migration Utility' within AutoCAD Electrical?
Thank you,
Jim
