Cannot upgrade Windows to Windows 11, and cannot find AutoCAD Electrical 2022 update

Hi, one of my users has AutoCAD Electrical 2022. I need to upgrade his laptop to Windows 11, but when I try to do so, Windows tells me that I cannot proceed with the upgrade due to AutoCAD 2022. It says to either uninstall it, or update it. I just spent time with him trying to find this update for AutoCAD 2022 and we cannot find it anywhere. Can you please help or provide a link?

Any updates that are available for AutoCAD are shown in the Autodesk Access App. You can update your AutoCAD product through this app.

Alternatively, Download the latest version for AutoCAD Electrical from:
