BEGINNER ACAD ELECTRICAL: CROSS REFERENCING

Hi all,
I’m a beginner using AutoCAD Electrical and I’m a bit stuck.

1. What is the correct/best way to set up cross-referencing properly?
   At the moment my references show like 8.1-1, but I would like them to show as 8.1-C. How do I change the reference style?

2. I’ve already created several drawings. I later edited my template/Title Block and added an image in my title block.
   How can I apply this updated title block (with the picture) to all my existing drawings without recreating them?

I’ll add screenshots to explain better.

1.  Project Properties has a Cross-Reference and Styles tab where you can manipulate the cross-referencing.

2.  AESWAPBLOCK let's you update your project with the new Title Block
