Batch Plot to PDF Issues

Hi there I seem to be having a unique issue with batch plotting to PDF and nobody where I work can seem to help me resolve this. We all share the same pc3 file with identical settings and each job we do each page is saved with that plot format. The differences only rear their ugly head when I go to batch plot on my computer and only my computer for some reason. We currently have the page set to plot with a slight offset .21 inches horizontally to allow for a hole punch on left edge but and if I print each page page for page the whole page fits on the 11x17 correctly with offset margins.

However if I batch plot the entire job to PDF I get a DSD settings error stating "DSD file contains settings that conflict with the current Publish dialog box and publish options dialog box settings."

When I close that window and continue regardless the resulting PDF will have all of the pages zoomed in a touch larger than they should be such as the top and bottom edges of the page layout are on the outerlimits of the page and the titleblock is cropped off on the right edge as the scale is off resulting in the page layout being too big to fit on an 11x17 page.

Why wouldnt the batch plot be using the base plot settings we have currently setup on the drawings?

The other engineers can plot the jobs successfully with the proper scaling and offset intact but my computer or settings seem to be altered anyone have any idea where to check for those settings?

I read through those and still no solution to my issue. I went and manually changed my settings in the pc3 plot configs to match the publish to pdf settings but still get the same prompt that they do not match when line for line they are identical.  Guessing my plot configs are bugged somehow is there a repair tool or anything of the likes to try and repair a potential issue? No matter what I change in the plot configuration files it doesnt seem to change the output on the pdf created like its pulling the configuration file from somewhere else or overwriting it.

Are you plotting model space or layout space?

Currently in model space for that setting. Any chance its trying to defer to layout space?
