AutoCAD Electrical Interface Problem

We have installed AutoCAD Electrical 2023 , and the desktop shortcut shows as "AutoCAD Electrical 2023". When I open the software, the startup screen shows AutoCAD Electrical 2023, but once inside the program, the interface is not the Electrical interface—it appears to be the Mechanical interface. I don’t know why this is happening. I’ve checked the installation folder and confirmed that the Electrical folder is present. Please guide me.

There is no video attached with your post, Can you update the post with a video or a screenshot of what you are seeing please.

Also, can you check if the workspace is set to AutoCAD Electrical (ACADE & 2D Drafting & Annotation)?

All symbol is "?" after i loaded the profile ACADE

Is this the default installation or did you change anything?

The Electrical (Acade.cuix) customization file is automatically installed with AutoCAD Electrical, so you don't need to manually load it like in the video.

Missing icons could be related to File Support Paths or a bad cuix file. Have you made any modifications to the environment file?

Try resetting AutoCAD Electrical Settings

If that doesn't help, Do a clean uninstall and install the program again.
