Autocad Electrical 2014 does not start: stuck in loading wd_mdb.arx

Hi there,

We are using AutoCAD Electrical 2014 SP1 on Win7 SP1 clients.

We are currently facing issues, which did not happen in the past.

AutoCAD Electrical 2014 does not start: it gets stuck in loading wd_mdb.arx

We tried uninstall and reinstall, but still issue is there.

We tried to remove wd_mdb.arx file, but it then get stuck in loading wd_dcenter.arx, wd_utils.arx

If we remove these files from the install location, AutoCAD Electrical starts and we can load (APPLOAD) after these files (wd_mdb.arx, wd_dcenter.arx, wd_utils.arx) manually

Can anyone help?

Hi there,

We found how to get it solved and hopefully this will help others.

In the file Acade.rx, we changed the order of application to be loaded when launching AutoCAD Electrical.

It was:

acsiui.arx
