On tool palette-schematic reports- Bill of material, under Bill of material only the Project is visible , I need the Active drawing (not vsible) to use on my current drawing to insert the bill of materials. I don't knowwhy I lost the Active drawing selection.

Thanks,

The Active Drawing option will be disabled if the active drawing is not part of the active project. Is this what you mean by missing? I've attached a screen image.

If the active drawing is in the active project it will be bolded in the project drawing list under the project name in Project Manager.

Pat, I have another issue creating  BOM, went to schematic reports-BOM-Active Drawing click OK and giving me a command " NO DATA TO DISPLAY" I am on the active project and created the new drawing in the same project.

Andy,

do you have any components on the drawing with catalog data added to them? Only components with catalog data are extracted in to the BOM report. Use the Edit Component to add catalog data to a component or add it during the insertion on the Insert/Edit Component dialog (title may be different). There is a Catalog Lookup button that opens the catalog database supplied with AutoCAD Electrical form which you can assign a catalog.

Hope this helps,

Pat
