Attempted an unsupported operation error AutoCAD Electrical 2019

I will start by saying I am in no way an expert with AutoCAD Electrical, so please ignore my ignorance on somethings 🙂

I have a user that when they are attempting to check in a drawing or project into Vault AutoCAD Electrical will throw an "Attempted an unsupported operation" error and crash AutoCAD.  Also when clicking the Vault tab none of their buttons work.

Has anyone else seen this issue before?

Probably you need to reinstall vault as buttons are not working. Visit vault forum you may get more ideas from there.
