Arrrgh! Can't modify default location for images

I am trying to get most libraries moved over to the network, so that everyone in my group can work on the same page, thereby preventing reinventing the wheel and ensuring consistent output.  But I cannot find where the IMAGES file path is defined.  This is where the default location is:

'C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 2018\R22.0\enu\Support' 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

This is done by editing the wd.env file.
Look for the WD_SLB entry.
