Do a search for default_wdtitle.wdl and copy it to one of the folders in the file search path.
This file has to be created in the beginning when you first set up ACE and then forever after, when you upgrade, you will have to copy it to the new version. Or, if you use a network saved setup, this network filepath needs to be added to your filepath in the Options dialog.
