I found some posts about the Manager icon in the Project Tools panel is showing ACE_SHOWNAV is not being recognized so the project manager will not come back up if it was hidden and in my ACADE2020 with the update is not working. I changed my CUI to use AEPROJECT now and it works but all of us here on 2020 are having the same issue.
If others are having that same issue maybe this can be fixed in a future update.
