Have a problem where my autocad electrical hangs for 3s after clicking on any object, even simple lines. it's very frequent although sometimes behaves normally. It happens with stand alone DWG's with no external references. all files are located on my local machine.
See attached screen recording where you see my mouse pointer freeze after clicking on a line.
Anyone have any ideas what might be going on / any tips to try and resolve issue?

Windows 11 pro (all up to date)
Dell laptop
Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 165H 1.40 GHz
32GB RAM
NVIDIA RTX 2000 ada Generation laptop GPU
Autocad version:
Hardware acceleration on - note still hangs with this OFF.
