Acad electrical 2017.1.2 update problems

This update does not install. using the Autodesk Desktop App.

It starts the install but the bar stops here :

And the App removes the 2017.1.2 line, but after a restart (PC) it is there again.

How can i see if it's realy installed ?

It's not installed.

You should be on version N.402.0.0 is you had 2017.1.2.

Probably, someting went wrong during the installation.

Download the update manually from https://manage.autodesk.com/cep and try to apply it manually instead.

Thanks, this worked, the acad admin downloaded the file :

I did a repair and the install bar went the full 100%

And after a restart the ADA was empty.
