2023 retagging component

We just downloaded 2023 ACADE and things are just not working as expected.  This time when I retag/update a component it just keeps adding a question-mark as shown in the screen cast.  It is like it is keeping my tag as text then everytime I retag/update it add another question-mark.  Does anyone have any idea?  I will continue to try to search as well it is just really busy and this update is kind of messing with us for the moment.

Also, this was a project that was copied from another project in 2023.  After I copied the project I renamed the drawings (original project was line 32 and this one is line 33).

I had tried to delete my rungs in that drawings and redo the rungs and it did the same thing.  I just created a new project, inserted new rungs without bus and copied my components into the drawing (named the same name as the other drawing) and it works.   

Is anyone else having a project using copy project from projects that were created in 2022 into 2023?

Just an update, it seems like this is only happening with 1 project we have.  This one project is doing the same thing on multiple computers but I can copy another project and it works fine.  Not sure other than something up with this project but I don't know what that is.
