Where is the FORMAT Tab? Please help!

I just started to use a tutorial and says I have to change the units. Where is the format tab?

Not sure about a Format tab, but the Units tab of the Drawing Setup dialog will allow you to set the Units for the drawing.  The fastest way to get to that is to use the UNITS command.

I have also been disturbed before to find the Format tab gone before.  I've found switching workspaces fixed it for me.
