While doing the 3D of any floor plan in CAD, on a particular angle, say S-W perspective, the rear end of the building seems larger than the front. whereas, in real world, in perspective view, the  back parts always seem smaller than the front. I think this new optimization in the next CAD versions will enhance consumer experience.

Moreover, the problem is with Revit too.

It sounds like you are working in a parallel projection.  Right click on the ViewCube and choose Perspective from the context menu if you want to work in a perspective projection.2019-07-03_ACA2020_Perspective3D.png
