sections freeze

Hi!
My problem happens after I edit the sections in Autocad Architecture. I edited them and after I close the program and try to open them again the program freezes and I can't open them anymore. Rest of the drawings work fine. Program only freezes as I try to open sections. Anyone know what could be the reason of this or how to take care of that?

Not enough information to help you, sorry:
what is your ACA exact version as listed in ABOUT command in the program?
And your OS?
Are you by chance forcing your version of ACA to save to a much lower DWG format than the default?
Does RECOVER command open these files?

what did your IT person offer for a solution or try in the meantime?

My version of ACA is: 7.9. 102.0 AutoCad Architecture 2017 
Os: Windows 10 Pro v. 10.0.19045
Save format is to drawing AC 2013
Recover didn't work.
For now we deleted the sections, cleaned all the filles and deleted unnecesary attachments. We created new sections  again and it's working, but this happened before and we try to find a solution so it doesn't happen in the future and to avoid creating the sections all over again.

ACA2017 is not new: did this just start to happen?
Does it happen all the time on demand?
Does it happen to only one user?
or is it just rare occurrence? There is no universal fix for "rare" and the 2017s are old enough that Autodesk is not going to release any new patches for it.
