I want to modify the default dimensions properties. Now the only option is to copy the properties of a particular dimension one by one to the other dimensions.
In other programs, I can modify a dimension's property and then there is a function "set to default" i.e., for example any new dimension has the same text hight and Precicon.
This is not "other programs", in AutoCAD/ARCH your dimension style settings are saved only per-file, there is no universal setting that works across all DWG files.
Most of us AutoCAD/ARCH users create template files with custom unique names for our styles that we either import or use the templates to start in.
