point style not found

i can't found point style setting in autocad architecture 2019 & i cant found format menu in my menu bar . please tell me how can i change point style  .

On the View ribbon tab, on the Appearance panel, select the Appearance panel title to deploy the flyout.  On the flyout, select the Point Style tool.

Or type DDPTYPE at the command line and press the ENTER key.
