Dimensions not showing on rendered shade plot

Hi I have a problem when trying to plot with the shade plot set as rendered. When i preview, the dimensions of my drawing do not display. When I change the shade plot to any other option the dimensions are visible.

The main drawing is coming through a 3rd party program with the dimensions added in AutoCAD
