Xref Insertion Point

The xref drawing comes in far away from my drawing or insertion point.  How do I make the xref come into the drawing at the location I select when propted for insertion point location in ACAD2016 Architecture.

The xref will insert where ever the origin of the xref is located (0,0,0 in the xref)
