Will this PC support AutoCad Architecture?

I am planning on getting a PC which has
Asus K31CD
I7-7700
16GB
2tb
Intel HD630(want to buy a different graphics)
Which Windows should I choose
Could this PC run autocad and should I build it or buy it ?

I am not an expert at AutoCAD Architecture but I have found the system requirements for the software here. I hope this helps!
