Why does the 10in ICF wall have a boundary around it?

For some reason my 10" ICF wall is drawing a boundary around itself when another wall intersects it. I cannot for the life of me discover why. 

I have checked the display and cleanup properties, and haven't found a solution.

Any help would be appreciated--thanks in advance,

You have the Below Cut Plane component turned on, and that is what is showing.

It is showing, because your "vertical" (up and down on screen) Wall is set at elevation = 0, but your "horizontal" Walls (left and right on screen) are set at elevation = 0.00002016".  They appear to be at elevation 0 with your units settings, that specify architectural units and 1/32" precision for linear values.  Change that to engineering units (feet, inches and decimal inches) and crank the precision up to 8 decimal places and you will see the very small offset.  That is enough for the vertical Wall to extend below the other two Walls and to therefore have something to show on the Below Cut Plane component.
