Welcome to the community!
The Project Browser is in the same place it is in recent previous versions of AutoCAD Architecture. On the application menu, you can choose Open > Project. On the Quick Access Toolbar, there is a Project Browser tool (in the US Imperial out-of-the-box setup).
If you do not have either of those, try typing aecprojectbrowser at the command line, and then pressing the ENTER key. If that does not open the Project Browser, then something is not right. Can you reply with screenshots of your user interface?
Soooo.... after installing AutoCAD Architecture 2024 for the fourth time... it all showed up like it should.
Not sure of the problem...but it is finally resolved.
Thanks for all of the input.
I have just installed Autocad 2024 and I have followed all your steps, however, I am still unable to locate the Project Browser.

AutoCAD does not have a Project Browser. AutoCAD Architecture does. Your image shows AutoCAD, not AutoCAD Architecture.

You installed the wrong software.
This is the one you need to install https://manage.autodesk.com/products/ARCHDESK?version=2024&platform=WIN64&language=EINT
Now you'll find what you need.
