Please review the attached plan and let me know of the reasons for the questions (issues) listed on the drawing. Also need to know how to compare different walls for their style differences. Thank you.

Review the attached dwg with comments and compare to yours. View your file as an isometric in model space and you will see a few walls that appear shorter. These walls have had their roof line modified. If you reset the roof lines, the walls will appear correct.
The line you see in Q4 can be found in the wall style display.

Your response indicates you have read my post carefully, understood it correctly, and responded thoughtfully and appropriately. Thank you. Could you also address the second part of my post? Is there a method to compare different wall styles?

There is not a way with the out-of-the-box tools to directly compare display settings for two different Wall Styles.
Visually comparing screen shots of the settings or opening two instances of AutoCAD Architecture and opening a file and a copy of a file so that you can have the Display Properties Wall Style Overrides dialogs for the same Display Representation open for both Wall Styles simultaneously would be two less-than-ideal ways of doing so.

It's difficult to compare wall style over-rides out of the box as there are many options to review. Comparing style overrides does not help if you have display overrides applied to individual objects.
