Wall not adhereing to auto-project when plotting.

Here is a camera view on my cover sheet, as seen on my screen.

Here is what shows up in the plot preview, and what plots (Shaded viewport options is set to "Shaded Sketchy", and is greyed out so it cannot be changed.)

WTF?! Why is this wall, out of ALL the walls, not cleaning up with the roof? And HOW can it be fixzed?

More information: 

The upper and lower roofs, and the first and second floor are individual constructs. Thinking this is some sort of cleanup issue.
