Turning off Constraints

My partner has somehow inadvertently turned on Constraints. A major pain & inconvenience.  We tried going to the ConstraintSettings dialog box and when you uncheck them all it says that one must be selected. Is there a way to disable them completely?

If your goal is to have the drawing behave as if there were no geometric constraints set, and removing all geometric constraints from selected objects is an acceptable way to meet that goal, use the DELCON command, selecting all objects from which you wish to remove the constraints.

If you do not want new constraints to be inferred as you add new objects, set CONSTRAINTINFER to 0.
