Turn off Text Formatting dialog box when creating leaders?

How do I turn this Text Formatting dialog box off? It pops up every time I use the multi-leader command now.

That's the MTEXT toolbar too, so be aware of that: just type a few words, then right-click while still in the editor window, and uncheck that option.

Or use MTEXTTOOLBAR command, usage is explained in HELP
